POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking highly responsible, reliable, and sharp Part-Time Restaurant Servers who align closely with our company's vision and core policies. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who uses logic to solve problems on the fly and possesses the ability to work entirely unsupervised. We value true team players who are self-aware, maintain a strong willingness to work, and completely reject the "not my job" attitude.
AVAILABLE SHIFTS & POSITIONS
We are currently hiring for three (3) part-time positions:

Evening Shifts: Two (2) part-time positions available

Morning Shift: One (1) part-time position available (6:00 AM – 10:00 AM).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest Hospitality: Greet & seat guests warmly, guide them through the menu, and provide personalized dining recommendations.

Multilingual Service: Leverage language skills to provide a welcoming experience for international guests.

Order & Service Delivery: Accurately take food/beverage orders, demonstrate an extreme ability to up-sell and serve items correctly.

Unsupervised Efficiency: Manage independently using sound logic to prioritize tasks during busy shifts.

Team Operations: Support coworkers seamlessly; maintain a proactive mindset where no task is beneath you.

Table Maintenance: Perform continuous table maintenance by pre-bussing, clearing dishes, refilling drinks, etc.

Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to local health codes, sanitation standards, and company policies.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of serving experience is preferred.

Certifications: Valid Ontario Smart Serve certification is mandatory.

Languages: Fluency in English is required. Professional proficiency in French, German, and/or any language from the ex-Yugoslavia region (Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, etc.) is considered a major asset.

Beverage Skills: Basic bartending skills are considered a strong asset.

Core Traits: Highly reliable, self-aware, responsible, open minded with positive attitude, and possesses a strong work ethic.

Aptitude: Fast learner with excellent logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Presentation: Exceptionally well-groomed and presentable, with an extreme value placed on personal and workplace hygiene.

Mindset: A collaborative team-first attitude with zero tolerance for a "not my job" mentality.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk for extended periods and safely lift up to 40lb
